CAREER
Reverend Roland is well-established as a Choral Music Director, Literary Coordinator in Cobb County School District, Choral Music Director, Music Appreciation and Keyboard Instructor in Escambia County School District, Assistant Director of Pensacola Children’s Chorus/Young Singers, Associate Minister of Zion Hope Primitive Baptist Church, and Minister of Music and Worship at several churches. He has a B.A. in Vocal Performance and Teaching from the University of West Florida and an M.M.Ed in Choral Conducting from Mississippi State University.

Throughout his music career, he has had many notable performances in Pensacola, Georgia, California, and Washington, D.C., including the White House. He also has many remarkable achievements, including the Martin Luther King, Jr.'s “Living the Dream” Award. He prides himself on being a proud Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. member.
